This is what the annual wildebeest migration looks like
This is what the annual wildebeest migration looks like when 20,000 (of the projected 2 million) decide to cross the treacherous crocodile-infested Mara River. After a late start, the migration is in full swing in the Maasai Mara.

A big group of the migration is in the Central Serengeti
A big group of the migration is in the Central Serengeti, Seronera. The herds will be migrating to the Seronera area in May.
Once the long rains (as they are known locally) are steady, the herds will head north all the way towards the Mara, with some herds moving quickly to the Serengeti's western corridor.
