Is This Trip for Me?
This journey includes all the popular national parks in East Africa. You will begin by seeing the Solio Game Reserve in Nairobi, Kenya, before continuing on to the Masai Mara National Park. You will spend the last days in the Serengeti National Park, where you will also cover the Ngorongoro Crater area.
For those who want to witness the magnificent Wildebeest Migration, this safari experience is excellent.
On your safari tour you’ll discover:
- Masai Mara National Park: This is a top-notch safari destination that combines several big cat sightings with the opportunity to witness the yearly wildebeest migration.
- Serengeti National Park: This well-known location is undoubtedly the best national park in Africa and provides a multitude of options for wildlife viewing. Almost every large animal in East Africa can be frequently spotted in the larger ecosystem or national park.
- Tarangire National Park: Tarangire is home to all of the Big Five species, as well as lions that can climb trees and baobabs that stretch for miles (although rhinos are a rare sighting).
- Ngorongoro Crater: This UNESCO World Heritage site is the biggest unflooded, uninterrupted caldera in the world, measuring 600 meters deep and 20 kilometers wide. The Crater floor is home to the Big Five and, with any luck, the critically endangered Black rhino.
