Welcome to the city of gold
When you arrive at the OR Tambo International Airport, you will be met and transferred to the Peermont Mondior Hotel at Emperors Palace in Johannesburg. The hotel's convenient location next to O.R. Tambo International Airport makes it suitable for business and leisure travellers.
This will be your home for one night with breakfast included. Enjoy the luxurious accommodation which is situated at the Emperors Palace Casino and Entertainment Resort offering a range of dining options, gaming, and spectacular entertainmnet choices.

Track the Big Five
After breakfast, take the shuttle back to the OR Tambo International Airport for your flight to Hoedspruit Airport. You will be met on arrival at Hoedspruit and be transported to Thornybush Jackalberry Lodge. Depending on the time of arrival, you can enjoy lunch. However, this evening enjoy your first game drive and return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay. You will stay on a full board basis for two nights. The views from each suite are superb and your private patio is the perfect place from which to submerge yourself in nature’s harmony.
Enjoy early morning game drives and see if you can spot by one of the members of the Big Five as well as other species such as leopard, hyena, wild dogs, giraffe, zebra and a variety of birds. However, expect to explore nature games such as nature walks and game drives.

Goodbye - for now!
Depart early morning on a game drive for your last opportunity to view the incredible game and hopefully spot some of the Big Five. Return to Camp for breakfast and check-out. You will be transferred to Hoedspruit Airport for your flight back to Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport.
