Herds crossing at Sand River into the Mara!
This herd was sighted at the Sand River near the south bridge. Some of the wildebeest herds were sighted crossing into the Mara again, as most of the herds were in Northern Serengeti for a while, chasing the rains that happened in the second half of August. Wildebeest herd continue making the journey over the Sand River!

Wildebeest crossings continue at Entim Crossing!
This herd was sighted at Entim Crossing Point in Kenya. River crossings continue to be in full swing at the many crossing points along the Mara River on the Kenyan side. Megaherd crossing at Entim on the Mara River!
This herd was sighted at Entim Crossing Point along the Mara River in Kenya. This crossing lasted over one and a half hours and had up to 15000 wildebeest who went across this river! Megaherd cross the Mara River at Ashnil Crossing Point!
This herd was sighted at the Ashnil crossing point along the Mara River in Kenya. This was one of the first crossings of the season on the Kenya side of the Mara River. Wildebeest herd on the move past the Sand River!
This wildebeest herd was spotted near Purungat Bridge by the Sand River. It is part of the first migrants already in the Mara. We have received reports of some peace and quiet after the nonstop six-day river crossings. We are sure there will be many more to come!
