5 Nights Ngorongoro and Serengeti Safari Review

We really enjoyed our trip from South Africa to Botswana and Zimbabwe! Sometimes a lot of whether a trip is successful comes down to the logistics. In this case, Susan Veldman and the company took care of all details related to our accommodations, transitions between countries and transportation from day to day so that our trip was seamless. The vendors and their staffs (hotels, restaurants, drivers, etc.) were so helpful and friendly. The experience was amazing!

Booking with Justin at Discover Africa, to plan my safari and Victoria Falls adventure turned out to be the best choice I made. As a party of seven guests we found the travel arrangements seamless and the accommodation well suited to both older and younger members. In addition, we were of mixed bush experience with some seasoned safari members and some first timers. The Lodges and especially the guides were able to accommodate all levels of interest and discussion. We stayed at a lodge in the Chobe concession (our experienced and wise guide was Lebo) as well as in the delta in the Khwai concession (our guide Biyst was approachable and knowledgeable). The Lodges were well appointed, comfortable and the service friendly and impeccable. Discover Africa’s organizational skills were spot on! This was both affordable and value for money. They are clearly the experts in this area and we can highly recommend them especially for first timer safari travellers.

We travelled last August on a trip planned with Dev at Discover Africa. It was a family trip that i wanted us to remember forever and we definetly will! We could not have had an easier or more wonderful time and we would never have been able to plan and manage it ourselves.

We visited Botsana, Victoria Falls and Sabi Sands in South Africa then Mozambique. Every experience was better than we had hoped. Everyone who was part of our experience was so helpful and friendly and went the full measure to make sure we enjoyed our special holiday.

We were so lucky with every safari and saw so many animals, we had wonderful river trips seeing a great deal of wildlife, beautiful birds and even crocs eating a kill rather than just sunbathing. Everyday bought another surprise. Thank you to Dev and the team – your help was so appreciated.

Was the Safari of lifetime.

We spent one week between Zimbabwe for the Victoria Falls and Botswana. Amazing.

The river cruse in the Zambezi river is a dream. We saw also Chobe national park and the Delta of Okavango: a dream.
Everything was well organized. The transfer/The Lodge/the Game drive.

Chrizaan was super. She provide us the best organization and also assistance during the trip.

An absolutely incredible safari! My wife and I went on a two-week safari through Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Susan listened to what we hoped to see and do and then put together a great itinerary, with some fantastic accommodations. Highly recommend Susan and her team, and we look forward to one day booking another safari with them soon!
