I have just returned from my third African safari organised by Discover Africa, and once again Susan did an outstanding job of planning every detail.
The journey began at my favourite destination, Kruger National Park, where the wildlife experiences were as memorable as ever. From there, I travelled to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, an awe-inspiring destination. The microlight flight over the falls was simply unforgettable, offering breathtaking views and an experience I’ll never forget.
The final leg of the trip took me to Elephant Valley Lodge in Botswana, where the game drives in Chobe National Park were exceptional. The afternoon cruise on the Chobe River provided a completely different perspective on the incredible wildlife, making for a perfect conclusion to the safari.
This was another outstanding holiday, and I have no doubt that my fourth trip to the African continent will also be organised by Discover Africa.

The experience felt seamless from start to finish. Our trip felt perfectly tailored to what we were looking for. You can tell that they truly listened to your situation and crafted the trip specifically for you. Planning an African safari can easily feel overwhelming, but Justin gave us nothing but confidence. The lodges, staff, guides, transportation, every aspect was top tier. Megan Warrington was amazing to work with. She was very informative and kept us up to date on everything. I found out that I would need to have surgery a few days after returning from the trip and asked Megan if she would be able to arrange for a wheelchair to be at the airports and activities we had planned. She got everything scheduled and sent me confirmations within a short period of time…That is what you call service!!!!!

The safari itself was exceptional. We stayed at Kambaku River Sands in Timbavati, where comfort blends naturally with the wild. Our guide and tracker were skilled and passionate, turning every drive into something memorable. Each outing felt unhurried and authentic, with remarkable wildlife moments unfolding at their own rhythm: lions on the move, elephants at play, and leopards appearing from the shadows.
Discover Africa proved to be reliable, well-organized, and great value for money. I’d happily book with them again.
