Wildebeest herd spotted moving around the plains near Moru and Simba Kopjes!

This herd was spotted near Moru and Simba Kopjes in the Serengeti National Park on their way to Seronera Valley. May to June is also known as rutting season. Expect to see some fights between competitive males as they vie for attention from female wildebeest!

Megaherd crosses the Mara river at no 4!

This megaherd was spotted crossing the Mara river at crossing no 4. This amazing close-up footage gives you an idea of what it’s like to be in the middle of the chaos! You can see many more wildebeest still streaming in from the other side of the river.

Herd crosses the Mara river at crossing no 1

This herd was spotted crossing the Mara river at crossing no 1. It’s a bottleneck queue into the river for this herd! There’s no hesitation from each wildebeest once it’s their turn to jump.

Massive crossing at the Mara river!

This herd was spotted crossing the Mara river at crossing no 3. The much awaited crossings over the Mara river have begun! Even without crocodiles present, the strong current and a potential stampede still makes this a dangerous crossing for this massive herd.
