This incredible train journey takes you through South Africa’s panorama route, game drives in Kruger Park, a visit to Mozambique and travel through Zimbabwe. You will arrive in Victoria Falls to end the journey. We have included a required pre and post-night so this is an all-inclusive package for your convenience. Arrive at JNB airport and transfer to the hotel, located in the Sandton suburb. Depending on your flight time, you may add an optional city tour , or simply relax at the hotel 's gardens and swimming pool.

Breakfast and transfer to Pretoria Train station on time for the check in. You may freshen up in your suite before joining fellow travelers in the lounge cars. The train travels on the eastern line towards the harsh eMalahleni coal-mining area and Middelburg, known as the “stainless steel capital of Africa”. The Dutch railway building company, NZASM, built the eastern line between Pretoria and Lourenço Marques (Maputo) from 1893 to 1895. Lunch is served in the dining cars. Breakfast is served in the dining cars. Full-day tour of historical areas Pilgrim’s Rest, Bourke’s Luck Potholes and Graskop with lunch. The Graskop viewing lift (own account) descends 51m down the face of the gorge into the forest below where wooden walkways and suspension bridges meander along a 600m trail through the indigenous forest with an interactive exhibit. Return to the train in Mbombela (140km). Depart for Malelane. Dinner is served in the dining cars. Dress: Formal

Breakfast is served in the dining cars until 09:30. Arrive Victoria Falls Station. Check out of train and walk across to Victoria Falls Hotel (luggage can be stored on the train). Meet for a walking tour of the village and the falls with lunch. Meet at the hotel for a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Transfer back to Victoria Falls Hotel. We have added a night at the hotel for your convenience. Dinner is for your own account tonight.
