Huge crocodiles lurk during a Mara river crossing!
This herd was spotted crossing the Mara river at crossing no 7B. It doesn’t get more dangerous than this for the wildebeest with such huge crocodiles lurking! While some of the wildebeest will fall prey to the crocodiles, safety in numbers within a gigantic herd like this will ensure that majority make it across the river safely.
This fantastic video was taken by @jamalnjarita of @maasaiwanderings on the 10th of September 2023.
