Communication was excellent, and when I came down with Covid just 2 days before departure, she swiftly moved to find dates for later in the year. From getting picked up at Victoria Falls airport, to all the tours, transfers, and accommodation in both Zimbabwe and Botswana, things couldn’t have gone more smoothly.
Traveling to Botswana is expensive, but worth every penny.
