This short journey is perfect for a first experience on safari. Not only do you get to enjoy wonderful game viewing in the Kruger National Park, but you stay at a tented camp within a private concession, with professional game rangers and delicious food.

You can either book the safari as is, or we can extend and/or combine with another camp located within a different section of the Park. It is all-inclusive from Johannesburg, including the flights and airport transfers, and back to Johannesburg.

Your 3-Day Itinerary

Your journey starts at Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport, for the scheduled flight to Hoedspruit. You will be met on arrival at Hoedspruit Airport and transferred to Hamiltons Tented Camp, located within a private concession inside the Kruger National Park. Depending on the time of arrival, you can enjoy lunch. Depart on an afternoon game drive and return to camp for dinner and overnight. As one of the first private concessions in the Kruger National Park, Mluwati has worked tirelessly to ensure the sustainability of this pristine wilderness that for over 100 years has been a sanctuary for over 114 reptiles, 34 amphibians and 147 mammal species, including Africa’s Big Five.

This morning enjoy an early morning game drive by one of the experienced rangers, thereafter return for breakfast. You will have some free time during the day to enjoy the facilities of the camp or any optional activities. Back at camp, you will experience absolute privacy within your elevated tented suites, set on the banks of the N’waswitsontso river. Relax on your Sala lounges or cool down at your private plunge pool while enjoying the breath-taking views. Late afternoon, depart on a game drive followed by dinner.

Depart early morning on a game drive for your last opportunity to view the incredible game and hopefully spot some of the big 5. Depending on your flight departure time, return to camp for breakfast and check-out. You will be transferred to Hoedspruit Airport for your return flight back to Johannesburg.
