Kruger Park Safari in Private Concession

We live in Australia and I honestly didn’t know who to contact about organising a trip of a lifetime and I really wanted someone that knew Africa and not someone that was from Australia and just guessed.

I found Discover Africa on TikTok and got in touch with Justin and my gosh I am so beyond happy we did!

He was amazing from day one. He answered all my questions even the ones I felt were a bit silly to ask but it was no problem at all. He was beyond fantastic! There are no words that I explain what Justin did for us and the experience he has given us that will remain with us for a lifetime.

The itinerary was incredible with some extras he booked that I wouldn’t even of thought about! He organised everything from transfers to accommodation flights to a sunset cruise that were all beyond amazing! We will never ever be able to thank you enough Justin but if you live anywhere in the world and want to have an experience of a lifetime then book with Justin from Discover Africa!!!

When there are so many choices out there for safari tours, we were a little overwhelmed. But when we reached out to Adele from Discover Africa, she is prompt in her response and understood our request and very quickly she put together a tour that is one of the best holiday of our lives!

At Hoya Hoya we were greeted with the most amazing hospitality, and even though it’s full board, the chef prepared different dishes the 3 days we were there. Andrew, our driver and guide is fantastic, and we saw the big five during our stay and of course the ‘live tv’ just opposite our dining place allow us the best experience of our lives. The elephants, giraffes and even hyenas visited the watering hole that Hoyo Hoyo built was just brilliant.

Our next adventure at Chisomo Karongwe private game reserve did not disappoint. On top of the big five, Polly (guide) and Eddie (tracker) made my dream came true by spotting 3 cheetahs during the morning drive.

We would like to thank Adele for planning this once in a lifetime trip for us and thank you Africa for the memories for life.

Lana Goodwin was brilliant in listening to us, offering and taking on suggestions, making amendments any time of the day. She was fab! Communication was smooth. Pick up/tranfers/drop off was painless and easy. No stress or worry. You just knew they’ll be there. Really reliable and on time

Accommodation was as described. She made sure to reserve one location so that we didn’t lose out which was nice. Threw in a full city tour as part of the package.

Both safari tours were exciting with brilliant guide and drivers. Fantastic experience.

My Mum and I enjoyed the care given at both accommodation. Nothing was too small for them, as my mum was using a walking stick. They made sure she enjoyed every single trip lifting her even if it was needed. I can’t thank them enough.

The food was fantastic and the rooms and views were superb!

I’m not quite sure where to begin when describing my trip to South Africa. It started with impeccable service with our guide/operator Antoinette. She made the process easy and understood that our trip was truly in her hands (we’ve never had a safari holiday).

To begin, everywhere we stayed was impeccably clean, safe, but also just truly enjoyable and fun. The animals we saw we’re incredible. Our guides were not only knowledgeable, but extremely kind. I can’t emphasize the service and generosity we felt at every spot. It was exactly what we dreamed of. Animals at every turn. Delicious food and drink.

An experience of a lifetime that I can’t wait to repeat. This was worth every penny and more.

The communication was excellent – we put in our questions each evening and had our answers the following morning. We went back & forth on what we wanted to do and what we could afford. Megan managed to squeeze in everything we wanted to do and even helped us find a cooking class in Johannesburg that she had attended. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.

All the safaris (we went to 4 different safaris – 2 in both in Kruger and Chobe) were amazing. We managed to see the BIG five and much, much more.

The accommodations were fabulous and all the guides and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We thought this trip to Africa would take it off our bucket list but while in Africa, we got hooked and want to go back – next time to Tanzania + Kenya + Morocco. It would be hard to pick our favorite spot, but our stay in Simon’s Town at Simon’s guest House had to top the list.
