There are big herds patrolling the Savannah. the main crossing and cul de sac crossing points were deserted as the big herds moved south west from Rongai area to the Mara Triangle Conservancy.
A small herd crossed from the Mara Triangle to the Mara Reserve at the Kichwa Tembo crossing point.
