AtholPlace House & Villa offers a nine-bedroom exclusive-use house plus a four-bedroom private city villa, located in the peaceful suburb of Atholl, mere heartbeats away from Johannesburg’s vibrant hub, Sandton City and only a 35-minute drive from OR Tambo International Airport.
These two exclusive-use properties not only offer complete privacy and exclusivity, but also a dedicated team of staff on hand, to ensure a memorable stay. AtholPlace House & Villa offers 24-hour security, as well as secure, off-street parking.
AtholPlace Villa is our four-bedroom exclusive-use city villa in Johannesburg. A ‘home-from-home’, accommodating up to eight guests, the first-floor houses four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground level, guests enjoy elegant living and dining spaces that extend to the beautifully landscaped private garden, sparkling temperature-controlled swimming pool and cheerful boma beyond.
AtholPlace House is the bigger of the two properties and the ideal venue for large multi-generational families or corporate getaways up to 18 guests, who will be accommodated in nine comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Guest are able to enjoy the many spaces across the house, including the bar and library with romantic fireplace, the temperature-controlled swimming pool, the gym and the lush garden to relax and unwind in.
