The experience overall was great and the support received by the tour operator and my dedicated customer service contact was far beyond my expectation. Being my first safari, I had a lot of questions that were always answered timely and their suggestions enhanced my whole experience and made this trip really special.
They were also really flexible, shed some light and went the extra mile when we had to do last-minute changes because of some visa issues. I have already recommended Discover Africa to some of my friends and I am looking forward to planning my next trip with them.
