LET'S START PLANNINGA lush secret-garden in the arid Kalahari. This intimate lodge has 11 chalets finished with colourful quilts, fireplaces and cosy farmhouse charm. Visit the adjacent Self-Sufficiency Centre, join a trip into the Gondwana Kalahari Park to watch the sunset over the fiery red dunes, and rest.

Standard Twin Room
All the rooms over look the lush green gardens of the old farmhouse. Each room has twin beds and en suite bathrooms (showers only). All rooms have air-conditioners, tea and coffee facilities and a small verandah overlooking the garden.
Standard Four Bed Family Room
This room is located at the end of the lush green gardens. The open plan room has four single beds and an en suite bathroom (shower only). The room has air-conditioning, as well as complimenary tea and coffee facilties.
Standard Family Room (Inter-Leading)
The family room is located at the end of the lush gardens. Two adjoining rooms, with an interleading door. Both rooms have twin beds, each have their own en-suite bathroom (shower/bath). The rooms each have their own air-conditioners.

Explore the Gondwana Kalahari Park on the sunset drive and celebrate life atop a red Kalahari dune. Drink in the beauty of the Kalahari where gemsbok flourish and sociable weavers build gargantuan nests atop camelthorn trees. In winter stretch your legs before a long fire next to the fish pond (the old farmhouse swimming hole) where barbel and carp that measure from your elbow to finger tips laze the days and nights away. Step along the trails around the lodge, keeping eyes open for springbok, zebra and wildebeest. And after your meal how about a star walk in the veld nearby?
These drives are the perfect way to getting acquainted with the Kalahari Desert. The approx. 3 hour morning or sunset drive with scenic views across the Kalahari dunes is something to remember forever.
