Hi Carel,
I talked to a guide who is currently in the Masai Mara a few minutes ago. He says the gnu's are in the Lamai area of the Serengeti, over half a million of them.
The Mara Triangle is also littered with them, with huge herds crossing at Chinese Hill, 7km west of Rekero Camp.
