Afternoon Carel. Huge herds of Wildebeest and Zebra crossed at no 7 this morning(Photo Credit-Oredi Nondo).they were heading south. We received 55 mm of rain yesterday afternoon and it seems that it has sparked more urgency towards the south. As I was flying across the southern plains from Arusha, I saw a few herds already arriving at Seronera as seen from the plane.There is huge herd of Wildebeest at Makutano and our guides are anticipating that the herds might cross this afternoon.
