Sani Pass and Lesotho Tour Durban Full Day Activity, Guided
Taking the Sani Pass is the best way to explore the Natal Midlands an the only way to trample these grounds is on a 4x4. A Toyota Quantum 13 Seater is used to get people to a meeting point at the foot of the pass, then they board 4X4 vehicles for the rest of the tour and their original vehicle waits for them for the return to Durban. Get your passport stamped and enter the Kingdom of Lesotho. Meet the locals at the Sotho Village and explore how they live at these altitudes. Have lunch at the highest pub in Africa!

You can go either on a Monday, Wednesday or a Friday. Departure time is 6am and you return at Durban at around 7pm.

Best Time To Do It
While Durban is pleasant throughout the year, Lesotho can get extremely cold in the winter, especially at altitude. It must be noted, however, that the snowfall at the escarpment regions can be a beautiful presentation of Africa. The best time of the year to visit Lesotho is in the summer months between April and October.

- Departure is on either a Monday, a Wednesday or Friday at 6am and you will return at 7pm.
