We’re looking for Search Engine Optimization and content marketing focused interns to join our team. 3. SEO Lead
Responsibilities
- Run your desk as if it was your own business living our brand vision, mission and exhibiting the defined role behaviors/values
consistently - Research and become an expert in all digital marketing channels where the company has interests.
- Own and develop innovative and industry-leading digital first campaigns and content marketing strategies in support of
business objectives that deliver outcomes. - Develop content to match the purpose of all of the pillar objectives and support pillars to reach their objectives.
- Ensure that core, secondary and tertiary content is aligned to rad and adhere to our quality guidelines.
- Do monthly and annual content audits focused on quality, volume and optimised for conversion.
- Develop strong content hierarchy and structure to increase site performance both from a UX and conversion perspective.
- Always strive to have clean on-site media, copy, structure and style, and maintain voice, tone and brand integrity.
- Perform regular content and keyword gap analysis to ensure brands are hitting all key markets.
- Support and take part in the creation of small, media and “big” content and copy aligned to key messages that resonate with target audience for digital channels, social platforms and content i.e. infographics, videos, blogs etc.
- Ensure that all brands are adhering to the strictest of SEO white-hat guidelines including HTML structure, schema,
microcopy, speed and media. - Project manage campaigns through channels including web, SEO, SEM, social media, writing, and public relations.
- Prepare snapshot reports and optimise spend and performance based on insights.
- Measure and analyse the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Use
insights to develop best-practices. - Stay close to emerging technologies including, and outside of social media platforms. Provide thought leadership and
perspective for adoption where appropriate. - Contribute to the creation of quality and process standards within the campaign centre of excellence team to improve service
delivery and cost efficiency and enhance stakeholder experience. - Deliver results-driven digital campaigns worthy of submission for industry-award recognition.
