On arrival at Lusaka International Airport, you’ll be met and assisted with your connection to a light aircraft flight bound for Kafue National Park. Enjoy your first glimpse of Zambia’s vast landscapes from above as you leave the bustle of the city behind and head into the heart of the wilderness.

Check in and experience a first scheduled shared activity, before dinner at camp.

Central Kafue

Ila Safari Lodge is perched above the Kafue River and seamlessly integrated into its surroundings. Each day brings an opportunity to discover the park’s incredible diversity – from elephant herds and big cats on the plains to hippos wallowing in the river near camp.

Likoma Island

Staying at Kaya Mawa

After an early wake up call and breakfast, return by air to Lusaka, on time to connect with a local scheduled flight to Lilongwe.

On your arrival you are met and transferred unto a light aircraft flight over Lake Malawi to Likoma Island and Kaya Mawa, a luxury lodge set into the boulders and beaches of this remote island.

Each stone and timber cottage is individually designed with views across the lake, offering privacy, charm, and laid-back elegance. Whether you're relaxing on your shaded veranda or wading into the lake from your doorstep, Kaya Mawa invites you to slow down and reconnect.

Likoma Island

Staying at Kaya Mawa
