She is very professional and gave us unforgettable time in South Africa!

We had an amazing experience at Walkers Plains Camp. The wildlife viewing was superb from start to finish. Our guide Millie and tracker were super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made the game drives an absolute pleasure.

The camp was very luxurious, incredibly clean and tidy and the staff were on hand at all times for everything we needed.

They couldn’t have done more and they made us feel very special.

These are memories that will stay with us forever.

We booked the safari through Bianca Angelucci at Discover Africa. She was so accommodating and easy to work with. Taking care of everything from flights to any last minute changes that were needed.

My wife and I have dreamed of a safari trip to Africa for years. I found Discover Africa on a Google search and was drawn to them to help us organize the trip of a lifetime. The lodges were amazing exceeded only by the game drives where we saw so many beautiful animals in their natural setting. Victoria Falls is so lovely. Our daughter traveled with us to celebrate her graduation from university. She wishes she had something on her forehead saying ‘Ask me about my trip!’ We love sharing our experiences and photos with anyone who is willing to listen.

Even superlatives fail when trying to describe the sheer joy of our multigenerational trip to Sabi Sabi in South Africa, and The Elephant Camp in Zimbabwe! It was SUPERB IN EVERY WAY, from game drives (we saw everything and then some) to daily comforts (luxurious), from our rangers and trackers (I’m sure WE got The Best!) to all the staff we met and those we did not who make the bush lodges and Discover Africa’s itinerary over the top. It was all about game at Sabi Sabi, and all about Victoria Falls and local culture at The Elephant Camp. We will definitely plan with DA again some day!

Matthys was the Travel Expert that was our “concierge” for the 10-day safari and Capetown tour in late June. We had numerous Zoom calls to iron out the itinerary, places to stay and recreational activities (local tours, golf, etc). Matthys was attentive and listened to what we wanted from the holiday. He curated a wonderful experience that we will cherish. Despite numerous travel delays due to the airlines on our round trip from Los Angeles to South Africa, Matthys was prompt in responding to texts/WhatsApp and made the necessary adjustments for airport pickup or changing in-country travel reservations. The game lodge at Arathusa (at Kruger) exceeded our expectations – it was a 5-star experience. The Capetown wine country tour with a stay at Babylonstoren was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
