Susan at Discover Africa helped us plan an incredible roadtrip through Namibia; I really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Everything went like clockwork and Susan checked in regularly to make sure there were no problems. The trip was a perfect mix of action, adventure and relaxation, with great choices of hotels and lodges, all with excellent facilities, across different areas of the country, enabling us to explore the desert, the coast and Etosha to the max.

A balloon trip over the Namib, sealions at Cape Cross and Etosha game drives were definitely the highlights but every day presented unique experiences and incredible landscapes. Was slightly nervous as to what to expect of Namibia but proved to be a really easy country to explore and was a fantastic experience we’ll never forget.

My husband and I were going on a trip to South Africa with 2 friends. These friends were repeat customers of Discover Africa and we trusted them with our trip to South Africa. It was so easy to work with Megan as she designed and tailored our vacation to our every need and want. She gave us a small selection of safari lodges, advised us on what was best and was prompt to reply and offer solutions to all our wishes. Not a glitch happened from the first pick-up at the airport to the drop-off at the cruise terminal. We felt taken care of and were worry-free. Our tour guide in Cape Town, Steven, was so nice and professional and had lots of information to share with us.

This was a dream vacation and a lot of thanks are due to Megan and Discover Africa, who did all the work and we just enjoyed the high level of expertise, care and dedication.

We would most definitely use them again and would recommend them for a trip to Africa.

Our private family safari to Tanzania couldn’t be better! Dev in the home office was super well-organised and answered all our questions promptly and accurately. The safari was very well organised. Frank was the best driver/guide we could ever hope for: personable, knowledgeable and possessing a seemingly superhuman ability to spot all types of game while carefully driving the safari vehicle. All the lodges we stayed at on our safari were each, in their own way, special.

It was downright amazing to be driving all day in the African bush and then drive up to a beautiful luxury lodge at the end of a long game drive. Each one was unique in its own way. All of us will long remember the outdoor shower at Lahia Tented Camp overlooking the Great Migration just below us, as just one example. We viewed tens of thousands of large African mammals. In short, I highly recommend our private, luxury 13-day Tanzania Family Safari.

Our Africa Safari trip will forever be one of the most memorable and wonderful trips we have taken. Words cannot begin to explain the amazing wildlife we got to see and experience up close. Experiencing these beautiful animals in their natural habitat was beautiful and humbling. Our trackers/guides did an amazing job, not only in tracking but also in educating us on the wildlife. Besides going on several safaris, we also visited Victoria Falls, which is majestic in its own right. A definite must-see. We also experienced several river rides, which were beautiful and calming, and another way to engage with the wildlife up close. We began our safari trip in Cape Town, in which we had a very pleasant stay and tours of the city and Table Mountain.

The sites are amazing!! I have to say, though, what made our trip very memorable were the people we came in contact with. They were so friendly, beautiful and very helpful. This unforgettable trip was made possible with the help of Chrizaan. Every destination we arrived at, we were greeted with transport and a tour guide and we felt so well taken care of. Everything flowed so smoothly. Our group is forever thankful to Discover Africa Safaris.

The trip was an incredible experience for my family! Everything went so smoothly from flights to transportation to accommodations and activities. Chrizaan did a wonderful job putting together our itinerary based on where we wanted to go and the accommodations were beautiful and each one gave a different experience. Lauren's Safari Experience

Contacted Discover Africa when considering a possible Botswana holiday based on Safari Bookings reviews. Was not disappointed as Adelle took our initial ideas and created a perfect trip starting at Victoria Falls and then encompassing three lodges across Botswana, ending in the amazing Okavango Delta. The communication when putting together the trip was excellent and the information provided gave every detail needed to make it a smooth and stress-free holiday, which is especially important with all the transfers required. The accommodation in all the lodges was first class and the staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful.

Of course the wildlife experiences were the highlight, with Botswana providing such an amazing variation of water and land habitats. These included close-up experiences of leopards, a pride of fifteen lions, elephants swimming across the Zambezi, and large groups of hippos.

Dennis and Susan's Safari Experience

We are a family of four and thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night holiday stay at Sun City Resort followed by 3 nights at Shepherd’s Tree Game Lodge. It was very well organised and we did not have to worry about anything. Our tour operator, Susan was most helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The Game Lodge is outstanding with magnificent rooms and the food is amazing (5 stars). The safaris (6 in total) were everything you dream of. Sightings of many animals both morning and night.

I highly recommend Discover Africa Safaris as a great value-for-money holiday.

Per our input, Chrizaan at Discover Africa arranged a terrific itinerary to Cape Town, Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park, and the Okavango Delta. All transfers, tours, and guides were waiting for us at each destination. Both my husband and I felt the trip was everything we had hoped for and would highly recommend their services. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Adelle was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Set us up with a great itinerary for our 8-day safari. We were able to see lots of animals and get a great cultural experience in Botswana between the 3 lodges that we stayed at. Highly recommend DiscoverAfrica if you don’t want the headache of trying to plan it all. Let them do it for you. I am not sure the cost is really that different anyway.
