Our travel agent Megan was a pleasure to work with. She was very patient with all our questions and concerns; she responded quickly and helped guide us through the entire process, changing our itinerary as often as we requested. She offered us several options and packages to consider in order to accommodate our budget.
We had one excursion cancellation at the last minute due to the weather and she responded immediately while we were in Cape Town, acting as mediator so we were able to book an alternate event on our own.
The lodges in Victoria Falls and Chobe were beautiful and service was excellent, especially the staff at Ngoma Safari Lodge, we thoroughly enjoyed everything.
The scenery, safaris and entire experience were beyond our expectations. It was a dream come true and Megan was great to work with; we felt the price was reasonable for all we received and would highly recommend Discover Africa to anyone considering a trip to Africa.
