Day 1-2

Boteti River - Makgadikgadi Pans National Park

Staying at Meno a Kwena Tented Camp

Arrive in Maun and depart for the scheduled road transfer to Meno at 14h00, this takes about 2 hours and you arrive at the lodge in time to relax and enjoy the views before dinner and night. The next day depart on a day of game viewing and look at the night sky, this is a soft introduction to the wonderful diversity of Botswana's landscape and game viewing. Meno sits in an awesome location on the Boteti River overlooking the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park – a completely contrasting location, wildlife and habitat to the green and juicy Okavango Delta regions. Watch the wildlife at the river below from the comfort of your private veranda. The zebra migration is resident here for much of the year. In the dry season there is no other water around and the Boteti River becomes a magnet for wildlife.

Khwai Private Reserve

Staying at Sable Alley

Transfer to the airstrip and fly to the Khwai region, a busier side of the Botswana wildlife viewing, and rewarding with wonderful sightings. Arrive at the airstrip and transfer to the lodge via a meandering game drive. Your 3 night stay includes all your meals, selected beverages and shared game viewing activities. Located right on the banks of a lily-covered lagoon, home to harrumphing hippo and a favourite drinking spot for elephant and buffalo, the big game quite literally comes to you at Sable. Khwai offers one of Africa’s greatest and most exclusive safari experiences with lion, leopard, wild dog, buffalo, elephant and hundreds of dainty antelope easily spotted as you drive through the diverse landscapes.

Okavango Delta

Staying at Duke’s Camp

Transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled charter flight to the next stop, within the Okavango Delta. Arrive at the airstrip and transfer to the camp pitched in a remote wilderness area set on a channel of the northern Okavango Delta, this is unfiltered African wilderness combined with an inimitable safari style. Your home for the next 2 nights, allowing you to enjoy glorious views over a flood plain and seasonal lagoon, enjoy game viewing in one of Africa’s most game-rich and beautiful concessions, you’ll enjoy one-of-a-kind wildlife encounters that will be etched in your memory for years to come. Immerse yourself in the wilderness with game drives, mokoro (dugout canoe) excursions, and camp fire at night to reminisce about the days' sightings.

End Of Itinerary

Last breakfast in the bush before the transfer to the airstrip. Seat in plane scheduled charter flight to Maun where you connect with your onward flight. or contact us to extend your safari.
