Nestled on a lush palm island in the heart of the northern Okavango Delta, Shinde is an intimate, classic camp located on the edge of Shinde Lagoon, which simply teems with animal and birdlife. The camps unique main area comprises a multi-tiered dining room and lounge which is set under canvas under the shade of ebony and mangosteen trees.

This delightful camp lies alongside the Maunachira River which flows through Xakanaxa Lagoon within the world renowned Moremi Game Reserve, Okuti is built amidst the wilderness of one of Botswana’s prime game viewing regions.Situated in the heart of the world-renowned Moremi Game Reserve, guests can experience unhindered views in specially-designed safari vehicles. Moremi Game Reserve is rich in wildlife, and its consistent year-round game viewing makes it ideal for the first time visitors to Botswana. Guests can also explore the Okavango Delta waterways by motorboat, and the areas open lagoons and winding channels make it a birder’s paradise, complete with herons and storks in the breeding season.

Located in the southwestern Okavango Delta, Kanana sits on the banks of the Xudum River within a private concession. You’ll find yourself surrounded by a necklace of palm-dotted islands and evergreen riverine woodlands that support exceptional wildlife diversity. The area is home to the Delta’s largest heronry, where thousands of aquatic birds gather annually to breed.

Recently refurbished, the camp accommodates just 16 guests across eight tented suites, including one family suite. Each landscape-facing tent features private outdoor decks with uninterrupted wilderness views and ensuite bathrooms with one-way glass showers. You can enjoy Delta vistas while maintaining complete privacy from your accommodations.

The main lodge offers multiple lounge areas where you can relax between activities, alongside a floodplain-facing swimming pool perfect for cooling off during warmer months. Maxa, Ker & Downey Botswana’s new property, in the South-Eastern Panhandle of the Okavango Delta, showcases the natural beauty of its location. Set beneath jackalberry and marula trees alongside the eastern shore of Maxa Lagoon, the camp seamlessly blends with its surroundings.

The main area, known as Maxa Piazza, features freestanding structures connected by natural pathways winding through the forest floor. The camp accommodates five rooms, including four standard twin/double ensuite rooms and a family room with a unique treehouse deck.

A highlight is the natural swimming pool that combines the Okavango’s natural filtration systems with cutting-edge environmental water treatment technology.
