I was able to spend the month of September visiting South Africa, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. Matthys created a unique itinerary based on my individual preferences for adventure and interests. He was quick to respond to communications, made reservations promptly, was inquisitive and responsive to requested adjustments.
The tour itself was flawless. Everything happened on time and just as planned. There was not a single issue or concern during the entire month of travel. All of the accommodations, transports, and flight schedules were safe, comfortable, and met or exceeded expectations. Matthys will be the first person I contact when I go back!
