We had the pleasure of working with Susan, who help plan our entire two-week trip. We spent months emailing back and forth with Susan to finalize our itinerary, and she was always informative, communicative and professional!
Susan ensured we had the best accommodations, and each resort rolled out the red carpet. I don’t think we will ever be able to top this trip! We started in Cape Town -> Grootbos -> Babylonstoren -> Sabi Sands -> Cape Town, and Susan did not miss a beat.
While on holiday, she checked in with us and ensured everything went smoothly from beginning to end. She was always a phone call away and helped us navigate dinners, excursions, spa treatments, transportation, and more!
Our itinerary that Susan put together was so detail-oriented that we had to show up to excursions and reservations when she told us to. This resulted in a 100% stress-free holiday!
We can’t thank Susan and Discover Africa enough for everything she did for us. It was truly an unforgettable experience. Hats off to Susan!
