Welcome to your migration safari

On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport you will be met and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. You'll be staying at the Arusha Coffee Lodge which is a delightful sanctuary of aromas, gourmet food and vibrant gardens located on the expansive grounds of a verdant coffee plantation.

Take residence in one of 30 luxury rooms nestled amongst the surrounding gardens. A large wooden deck opens up to a main area incorporating a restaurant, a café bistro, various boutiques, a spa and a swimming pool.

Head to the Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you depart for Tarangire National Park, arriving at your lodge for lunch. After lunch, you proceed for an afternoon game drive. You'll be staying at Tarangire Treetops, which sits alone in a 312km2 private wildlife area bordering Tarangire National Park, amid a landscape of rolling and baobab-studded hills.

With the natural beauty of the hills and dry river beds begging to be explored, guests can enjoy guided walking safaris, day or night time game drives and the enchantment of bush dining.

4 to 5

The game-rich Ngorongoro

After breakfast, you depart for Manyara National Park for a game drive with a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, you continue to your lodge in Karatu.

You'll be staying at The Manor at Ngorongoro, with its luxurious cottages and magnificent Manor House, brings "old-world" opulence to a green and lush setting. 

The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most breathtakingly impressive sights to behold in Africa. Eighteen kilometers in diameter, the crater is a caldera formed at a time of volcanic eruption, and now home to an abundance of wildlife. Whether standing on the lip or driving through the grassy-plains inside, Ngorongoro Crater is magnificent from any angle.

6 to 7

Nature's greatest spectacle

After breakfast, you depart on a game drive en-route to your camp in the Serengeti. You arrive for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive.

You'll be staying at Serengeti Pioneer Camp, located in the Southern Serengeti (within the Moru Kopjes area), Serengeti Pioneer Camp is ideally situated to offer superlative access to the annual  wildebeest migration and the ‘Big Five’ with sweeping views overlooking Moru Kopjes, Lake Magadi and the endless plains.

8 to 9

Massive herds of wildebeest

After breakfast, you depart on a game drive en-route to your second camp in the Serengeti. You arrive for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive.

You'll stay at Serengeti Explorer Camp, which is strategically located to be in the best locations for game viewing and following the herds of the Migration. Each camp comprises of eight luxury tents so that the experience is very intimate yet has the benefits of shared facilities. The camps only operate in times where one can expect great game viewing and when there's a demand for the camp.

Your migration safari ends

After breakfast, you are transferred to Seronera airstrip for the scheduled flight to Arusha. On arrival, you are provided lunch in Arusha before your transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport.
