With superb accommodation at the restaurant, quality food, and knowledgeable safari tour guides, I was treated like royalty. Well worth the reasonable cost. I saw so much wildlife and shot hundreds of photos. I will recommend this tour and lodge to family and friends.

Fantastic holiday. Tintswalo Manor was absolutely ideal for our family party of 11. We had the entire house to ourselves and were looked after really well. Fabulous food for all, wonderful safaris and a couple of surprises which made the whole holiday a magical experience for all of us.

Then off to Sun City for a few days which was also great.

Matthys looked after us extremely well from the moment we first contacted him. All queries were answered very promptly and all changes were made efficiently. The holiday itself was very well organized: all transfers were on time, clean vehicles, polite and helpful drivers.

We had a rough idea of a trip to South Africa & Zimbabwe but we were unsure of selecting accommodation, transfers etc. Megan at Discover Africa prepared an itinerary for us which we worked together on to produce a trip of a lifetime. Megan selected some fantastic hotels for us to stay in, organised all the internal flights, transfers and day tours.

The trip ran smoothly, every day was an amazing experience & the quality of operators, accommodation and transfers was superb. We organised a Zoom meeting with Megan to finalise the itinerary and payment details. Megan was lovely to deal with and no question was a trouble for her.

She supplied her own contact details for us to use before the trip & while we were travelling. Every detail was covered. We had a trip of a lifetime and we would highly recommend Megan at Discover Africa to anyone thinking of travelling to Africa.

Our only advice is always to remember to take an international covid vaccination certificate while travelling overseas.

We booked a two-day safari in Kruger National Park. Megan Warrington was our planner. She gave us many options to select from & made the necessary changes per our request. I would highly recommend them for your trip to Africa.

This was our third trip with Discover Africa and once again it was a memorable experience, well organized, thorough and exactly what we had requested. Megan is the best.

Our trip was to the Okavango Delta and included flights into the Kwando Concession via Maun from Cape Town. The Camps were well run, clean with good food and friendly staff. The guides and trackers were knowledgeable and helpful and we got really close to many animals and birds and kills.

Because the camps are fairly isolated, the game viewing was a pleasure and very private and the tracking experiences were out of this world. We were treated to an in-depth discussion of animals, birds, bushes and trees and their use in traditional medicine. Over the course of the 5 days, we encountered close to 30 species of animals, over 60 species of birds and over 50 types of vegetation.

All in all, a memorable and delightful experience

Absolutely recommend Megan! I had no idea where to start – we wanted to do a short safari and explore Cape Town prior to our cruise in Jan 2023. Megan was so easy to work with – answered all my hundreds of questions and in the end, we had an amazing experience!

I was at a loss of where to begin planning a multi-country tip to Africa consisting of a safari, Victoria Falls and Namibia dune experience. After researching I came upon Discover Africa, and am so thankful I did. With Diane’s help we were able to visit Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe with all the transportation, lodging and food logistics worked out. All we had to do was show up and everything was taken care of for us. Diane worked within our budget, provided excellent lodging options and truly delivered a once in a lifetime trip. If you are planning to visit Africa I would recommend going with this company, they make your life so much easier!

If you’re going to South Africa and are trying to decide what to do, and how to get it all done, I suggest using Discover Africa. Adelle Bell was my consultant and she was a great help. After trying to organize on my own and getting information overload, I reached out to Adelle and she was spot on in her ideas and suggestions for my trip. I emailed her with my main goals. She then set up a call with me to gain greater information and then went to work with her suggestions for what I expressed I wanted to do. Discover Africa was not pushy trying to get me to spend money on excursions that I didn’t really want to do. Instead, they arranged everything I wanted and I just showed up. All transfers, hotels, airfare, and safari experiences are set up and there were never any bad issues. I even received several messages while there just to make sure things were running smoothly. I highly recommend it. If I return, I will definitely use them(her) again.

From the start, Megan was extremely helpful and responsive. She answered the many questions I had and worked hard to help tailor the trip to my needs. All of the logistics went extremely smoothly and the lodge at Nambu Camp was fantastic. The food, setting and service were all excellent. The safari itself was breathtaking, a real once-in-a-lifetime experience, facilitated by our amazing guide who was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

The trip was clearly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Perfect service, excellent food, and everything was organized to perfection. Antoinette from Discover Africa customized our tour based on our dates and requests and was extremely helpful.

We did a split tour. Two different safaris. While both had their strengths, in hindsight we feel the first Safari at Becks Lodge was our favourite and wished we’d have stayed here for our entire duration. It is personal with incredible staff and a wonderful guide and tracker. Anything after this would have had to be 100% to match it. We were made to feel special and nothing was too much trouble for all who worked there. We were blown away by the accommodation, the magnificent setting, the food and how the tracker and guide Mandilah and Patrick went above and beyond to make our drives special. It was more than we could have hoped for.

Our second Safari was different. It seemed more commercial and the setting was resort-style. Attention to detail wasn’t as good and our guide was young and quite inexperienced. The staff was polite and kind although we felt it was more out of necessity than passion. However the accommodation was superb, the room was beautiful with a personal pool, food and beverage were excellent with excellent waiting staff.
