Fringed with palm trees, Camp's Bay's main beach is one of Cape Town's prettiest, attracting its most beautiful people. The beach stretches all the way along the main road through this well-heeled suburb, giving travellers loads of white sandy spots to choose from for a day of beach-lazing. On the opposite side of the road, a different story is revealed.
The Camps Bay strip is a string of top-class restaurants and stylish cafes from which to enjoy the view. Backing the action is the dramatic Twelve Apostles mountains, their ranks marching southwards.
