Savuti - Chobe National Park

Staying at Savute Safari Lodge

On your arrival in Maun airport, you are met and assisted on a scheduled charter flight to the camp. Depending on your arrival time you might need to overnight the day before - contact us for any pre -trip arrangement. Fly into the nearest airstrip, and road transfer to camp via a meandering game drive in time allows. Your 2 night stay at the Savute Safari Lodge includes all meals and local beverages. Activities are organized around game drives throughout the Savute area in open 4×4 safari vehicles.

Okavango Delta

Staying at Camp Okavango

Fly to the Delta for 3 nights at Camp Okavango, a unique and exclusive African safari camp situated on the remote Nxaragha Island. This hidden treasure, in the heart of the permanent Okavango Delta, assures an unparalleled year-round water wilderness experience. Roam the vast expanses of water from the comfort of a modern motorboat or explore the intricacies of the Okavango Delta the quiet old-fashioned way, in the traditional mokoro (dugout canoe). You can also join a guided bush walks conducted on a number of the nearby islands, offering an opportunity to track some of the larger land-based species that inhabit this water wilderness. Birding opportunities are outstanding and anglers may put their skill against bream and tiger fish.

Johannesburg

Staying at The Residence Johannesburg

Fly back to Maun on time for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg. On your arrival, transfer to the luxury accommodation for the night. Balance of the day at leisure. You can chat to the receptionist to book an afternoon city tour, if time allows and to assist you with any dinner arrangement. there is a large pool, a gym and a tennis court if you wish to remain active in between the safari days.

Nairobi

Staying at House of Waine

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi and transfer to the hotel. There are numerous tours that can be arranged for you in the afternoon, depending on your requirements, contact us for suggestions. Alternatively, enjoy the wonderful property and relax.

Masai Mara National Reserve

Staying at Rekero

Fly to the famous Masai Mara and spend 3 nights at the remote Rekero Camp. Game viewing in the Mara is always rewarding and every day will bring new sightings. This is an ecosystem of vast grasslands prowled by cheetah, peppered with acacia thickets in which leopards lurk, and divided by the Mara, Sand and Talek rivers. The Mara has the highest lion density in Kenya, and leopard and cheetah are common sights, too. There are spotted hyena, black-backed and side-striped jackal, serval, the occasional caracal and even African wild dog. Plains game can be seen all year round. There are always Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelle, zebra, oribi, Coke’s hartebeest, eland and some roan antelopes.

Northern Serengeti

Staying at Sayari

Say your good byes to Kenya and fly to nearby Serengeti (flights via Migori and Tarime). From the airstrip, take a leisurely game drive to camp. Note that depending on the time of the year, we can customize the journey to include a camp near the Great Migration (Serengeti South, East, or stay in the North). The Serengeti is home to a remarkable number of species, including over 70 big mammals and more than 500 bird species. You’ll find the Big 5 (lion — numbering around 3,500 — leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo), as well as other predators such as cheetah, spotted hyena and wild dog (the latter mostly in the south). You might also spot hippo in the river, klipspringer, oribi and Coke’s hartebeest, serval (including unusual black melanistic varieties), bat-eared fox and golden jackal. Your days will be filled with game drives and relaxing time at camp.

Twin Lakes Burera & Ruhondo

Staying at Virunga Lodge

Early morning transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Kigali. Arrive at the airport and road transfer to the lodge. This will be a full travel day and you will have the opportunity to relax at the lodge and have an early dinner in preparation for your trekking the next day. The lodge is perched high on a ridge with dramatic views overlooking the Virunga Volcanoes, Musanze valley, Lake Bulera and Lake Ruhondo. Exceptional hospitality, locally-inspired food and a private butler will make your stay very comfortable.

Twin Lakes Burera & Ruhondo

Staying at Virunga Lodge

Early morning transfer to the headquarters for your briefing and start your walk to the allocated gorilla family. Hike through the enchanting bamboo forest on the slopes of the Virunga Volcanoes. After a climb of between one and three hours, you will spend one hour in the company of the majestic and gentle mountain gorillas before returning to the lodge in time for a late lunch. Some gorilla families can be more elusive, and tracking can take a full day, especially if it is wet and muddy. Afternoon at leisure and dinner included at the lodge.

Kigali

Staying at The Retreat by Heaven

Today you can enjoy a late breakfast and meet with your driver for the road transfer back to Kigali. Possibility to experience an orientation tour of the city with lunch before the transfer to the luxury hotel for dinner and night. This is your last night in Africa and you will be able to enjoy tasteful fine dining dishes.
