Day 1 - Livingstone and Victoria Falls

After arriving at Livingstone Airport and transferring to your hotel, your trip will ease into the swing of adventure with an afternoon spent at your leisure. Livingstone is pulsing with culture, offering a variety of activities geared to offer insight into local culture and history. Take an optional tour of one of the area’s ethic villages; Mukuni Village or the Simonga Village, and pair the experience with a tour of the David Livingstone Museum. The museum is an attraction which delves into the history of the town, and takes you along for the ride.

Day 2 - Livingstone and Victoria Falls - Victoria Falls

Start your day with a tour of the largest curtain of water in the world: Victoria Falls. This magnificent waterfall thunders into the depths below, and provides water for the lagoons nearby which are home to lurking hippos and crocodiles. After your tour of the Falls, you are free to explore the area at your leisure. Why not find a restaurant to experience the flavour of Zimbabwe, sampling their local cuisine?

After lunch, enjoy a calming drift down the Zambizi River on a Sundowner Cruise. The riverbank is lined with potential sightings of the African Finfoot, Open-billed Storks, Yellow-billed Storks and Sacred Ibis, making the cruise a bird enthusiast’s pupil-dilator. Thirsty wildlife and thriving vegetation can also be seen along the shoulders of the Zambezi River. Enjoy the tranquil drift with a cocktail in hand, while the river’s relaxing ambience swallows you whole.

Day 3 - Livingstone and Victoria Falls - Victoria Falls

This morning is free for you to enjoy a number of optional activities. Get your dose of adventure with a scenic helicopter trip or microlight flight. If you fancy something that’s going to get your adrenaline pumping, how about braving a bungee jump or a gorge swing?

The afternoon sees you hoisted on top of a giant elephant (the largest land mammal) to embark a mind-blowing elephant-back safari. A journey through a stretch of Africa’s landscape holds potential wildlife sightings, while you trump over the vegetation-laden terrain.

Day 4 - Livingstone and Victoria Falls

Rise and check out of your hotel, mid-morning. Transfer to Livingstone Airport for your outbound or connecting flight, bidding farewell to your Victoria Falls experience with a memory-card full of fond memories of Africa and a new appreciation for Zimbabwe’s beauty.
