Kruger National Park and Cape Winelands Holiday
Day 1 - The Kruger National Park
Your wildlife adventure begins as you enter the Kruger National Park, on your way to check into your luxury suite at Jock Safari Lodge, after lunch.
Enjoy an afternoon safari at 16:00 where a professional team of game rangers and trackers ensure a successful scenic game drive.
After your thrilling animal tracking experience, return to your room and cool down with a dip in your private plunge pool before you watch the gorgeous African sun sink behind the horizon from the privacy of your very own sala overlooking the river.
Wind down with a delicious serving of African cuisine for dinner, pairing the flavoursome dish with the tranquil ambience of the Kruger National Park.
Overnight at Jock Safari Lodge (Main Jock Luxury Suite ) or similar/alternative hotel.

Day 2 - The Kruger National Park
Rise early and board an open safari vehicle for a 06:00 excursion into the bush with your trusty game ranger on a wildlife seeking adventure. Whether tracking a pride of lions or seeking out the King Fisher Eagle, a discovery of the still of an African morning awaits.
Upon returning from the game drive, dig into a scrumptious buffet breakfast.
Surrounded by the tranquil whispers of the African bush, there is no better place to be to kick back and relax. Take advantage of your location and indulge in an optional spa treatment from Pilgrim’s Rest Spa at Jock. The pamper session can be enjoyed in the spa overlooking the haven of a serenity garden, or in the relaxed atmosphere of your own room. The spa’s therapy and relaxation rooms, hydrotherapy bath, steam room and sauna are also available to you as optional add-on facilities.
Venture the thrill of close encounters with Africa’s "Big Five" on an afternoon game drive.
After working up a mighty appetite, dig into a tasty feast of African cuisine.
Spend the evening gazing up at the brilliant sheet of African stars while listening to the settling sounds of the wild.

Day 3 - Cape Winelands
Embark on one last morning game drive. Your accommodating game drive ranger will no doubt do their best to track down wildlife that you are keen to catch a first time glimpse of, or would like to see more of.
Enjoy your fill of breakfast before checking out of the lodge. Transfer to the Jock Safari Lodge airstrip and fly to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport where you will take a flight to Cape Town International Airport. From here you can either organise a transfer or hire a car to see your safe arrival in Franschhoek. Arrive in Franschhoek late afternoon.
Get settled in at your exquisite hotel before venturing out into the fresh surrounds of Franschhoek, on your own accord, where you can sample the flavour of the area, picking a fine restaurant for dinner.
Return to your hotel and sink into bed after an introductory glimpse of Franschhoek.
Overnight at The Last Word Franschhoek (Superior Double Room ) or similar/alternative hotel.
Meals included: Breakfast.
Day 4-5 - Cape Winelands
Whilst here, revel in the variety of optional activities available to you. You have the choice of relaxing by the pool, taking leisurely walks in the vineyards, visiting the region's wine estates, cheese-tastings, chocolate-tastings or book adventure activities like mountain biking or horseback rides. The area has a number of award winning golf courses in the vicinity, if you wish to play 9 or 18-holes. You can book these activities in advance, or decide once you are on holiday.

Day 6 - Cape Winelands
After breakfast, check out of your hotel, for now, bid farewell to your exploration of wildlife and vineyards. We have a feeling you’ll be back.
