Great Wilderness Journey And Victoria Falls

Day 1-3 - Maun - Okavango Delta

Depart from Maun and plunge into the Okavango Delta, after arriving at your camp in the Delta on a connecting flight.

The Delta offers a variety of optional activities: Explore the aquatic wilderness by mokoro, spot game while taking a guided nature walk, view game at day or night time when taking a game drive or enjoy the wonderful views while relaxing at your camp.

Day 4-6 - Okavango Delta - Khwai Concession

Day 4 brings a change of location, flying from the Okavango Delta to the Khwai Concession, which is located adjacent to the Moremi Game Reserve. This African jewel provides its visitors with crystal clear lagoons, spectacular vistas and a wide range of game and raptors.

As the sun rises over the Khwai, the morning mist will reveal bee-eaters roosting, elephants bathing and otters playing.  Spend your days game viewing and assimilating the untouched beauty of Khwai.

Day 7-9 - Khwai Concession - Linyanti Concession

From the Khwai Concession you fly to the Linyanti Concession on the western boundary of the Chobe National Park. The Linyanti River, the woodlands of the interior and Savuti Channel offer visitors much choice in game viewing. The concession is well known for its predators and large concentration of game, in particular elephants.

Day 10 - Linyanti Concession - Chobe National Park - Livingstone and Victoria Falls

Today requires an early start and is packed full of action. You fly from the Linyanti Concession to Kasane in the Chobe National Park. Here you can experience Chobe’s unique wilderness on a riverboat cruise. Afterwards you fly on to Livingstone, where the breathtaking Victoria Falls is located.

Day 11 - Zimbabwe - Livingstone and Victoria Falls

You start your last day further discovering The Smoke That Thunders, also known as the world-famous Victoria Falls. A guide will show you the best spots and viewing points from the Zambian side of the waterfall.

With fresh memories of this impressive natural spectacle in mind, it is time for the airport transfer which leads to the end of the trip.
