The first half of the day is spent on the dunes of the Cape, mastering the basics of sandboarding under the African sun. A picnic lunch on the dunes promises adequate rejuvenation for the second half of the day where everyone rids themselves of sand and plunge, excitement first, into the sea where they learn to ride the ocean waves.
