Port Elizabeth Safaris

The coastal city of Port Elizabeth has gained recognition as a beach destination, but just outside of the city, a malaria-free Big Five safari experience can also be enjoyed. Port Elizabeth offers a number of small yet excellent game reserves, with a full African safari available. Many wildlife species can be seen in addition to the Big Five, including cheetah, antelope and plenty of rich birdlife.

Near Port Elizabeth, a safari experience of another kind awaits at the Addo Elephant National Park. This reserve is home to a large number of elephant, which can be seen from a number of strategically positioned viewing decks. Seeing these gentle giants up close is an experience that few can forget, offering a unique safari experience and plenty of photographic opportunities.

With a mild climate offering plenty of sunshine throughout the year, Port Elizabeth safaris offer a premier wildlife experience in the heart of the Sunshine Coast.
