Safari guide John Letara who left Kogatende yesterday morning reported that most of the herds have left the northern Serengeti and they are heading towards the Kirawira area and the woodlands of the Serengeti.

Herds scattered around the Ndutu Wilderness Camp
Ndutu Wilderness Camp Manager Claudion saw the herds scattered around the camp. A pride of eight lions – three males and five females killed a wildebeest near the camp just yesterday.

Wildebeest crossing low water levels in the Mara River, Serengeti
